Advertising Disclosure
Última actualización:
This page explains how quicktipss monetizes its content and how to identify the different forms of advertising present on the site. Our commitment is to be transparent with readers about our revenue sources.
Display advertising with Google AdSense
A significant portion of our revenue comes from display advertising served by Google AdSense. Advertising slots are clearly delimited with the "Advertising" label and designed to respect the layout without interfering with reading. Google is responsible for selecting which ads to display based on the AdSense program policies and categories and, if you have consented, on your inferred interests.
Affiliate links
Some articles may include affiliate links to products or services. If you click and complete a purchase, quicktipss may receive a commission at no extra cost to you. We only link products or services we consider genuinely relevant to our readers. The existence of an affiliate link is indicated within the article when applicable.
Sponsored content
On rare occasions we publish sponsored content: an article whose topic is proposed by a brand in exchange for compensation. When this happens, the article is clearly labeled "Sponsored" or "Advertising" at the top. The editorial line remains ours: if the sponsor demands a conclusion we cannot endorse editorially, we decline the sponsorship.
Editorial independence
No advertiser, affiliate, or sponsor influences the opinions expressed in our editorial articles. The presence of a product or brand in a display ad does not imply a recommendation by quicktipss. When we recommend a product in an article, we do so based on our editorial judgment, and if a relevant commercial relationship exists, we declare it.
How to block or personalize ads
If you prefer not to see personalized ads, you can adjust your preferences at https://www.google.com/settings/ads. You can also use browser-level blocking tools. We accept this decision and respect your choice, though please note that advertising is what supports a free and open editorial project like quicktipss.
